We accept returns of unused or like-new books and merchandise within 30 days of purchase to receive a full refund. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the receipt and the reason(s) for the return. You may return items in person or by mail. Free return/replacement shipping is available if you received incorrect, defective, or damaged merchandise.
In-Store Pickup
We hold orders until you are ready to get them, if they've already been purchased.  If you are holding items and planning on paying at pickup, we will hold them for 30 days before reshelving the items.  Orders for pickup are behind the Library Circulation Desk.
Shipping is available to all 50 U.S. States and many other countries.  Customers will receive emails indicating that an order has been received and when it has shipped. A tracking number is provided with each shipment.  When items are not in stock we will notify you. If you still wish to purchase from us, we will check ASAP to see if the product can be reordered.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is not charged if shipped outside of the following Gordon-Conwell campus states: Florida, North Carolina, and Massachusetts.
